60 AM - Wake up
6:30-70 AM - Exercise (jogging, cycling or any physical activity)
70-80 AM - Shower, get ready for the day
80-90 AM - Breakfast
90-120 PM - Attend classes
120-10 PM - Lunch
10-40 PM - Study
40-50 PM - Exercise (yoga, weight lifting or any physical activity)
50-70 PM - Personal errands, socializing or relaxation
70-80 PM - Dinner
80-100 PM - Study
100-110 PM - Relaxation (read a book, listen to music)
110 PM - Sleep
